Austin Fitness is committed to offering personal trainer programs for building muscle and personal fitness trainer providing weight loss programs. We stay on the same exercise month after month, sometimes year after year. Your body adapts to an exercise within about 2 weeks. If you continue to do so, you are just maintaining. If you do that for 3 years, you are no better than you were after the first 2 weeks at the gym. When you join a gym you are shown how to do your exercise program once or twice. Foolish to ask again. How do you feel about it? So instead we just do the exercises we remember, or On the same piece of equipment, they may be doing a different version of the exercise. But we copy them anyway.
