The Wylihof Golf Club in Luterbach, canton Solothurn, is to become the official Training and Further Education Centre of the Swiss PGA. The new performance centre will carry the name ‘Swiss PGA National’. For many years the Swiss PGA has enjoyed a wonderfully productive relationship with the Wylihof Golf Club. The club has hosted the traditional Swiss PGA Team Championship in April, and it is highly regarded by those who go there for further education courses or playing professionals’ training camps. Now the Swiss PGA and the club are taking their working relationship a step further with the launch of the ‘Swiss PGA National’. Volker Krajewski, the Swiss PGA’s president, said: “This partnership is the result of our strenuous efforts to position the Swiss PGA as the institution for the training and further education of golf instructors.
